📦 When will my order ship?
All orders are shipped within 5 business days. If there’s a surge in demand, there might be a slight delay — but we’ll always hustle to get it to you ASAP!

Please double-check your spam folder first. If it’s not there, your email might have had a typo. Email us at info@pixelpouch.net and we’ll help you out right away.
🔁 Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can absolutely help. Just reach out to us ASAP at info@pixelpouch.net with your order number.
🚚 How long does shipping take?
Once shipped:
– International (e.g. US, Canada): 5–10 days average
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once it’s on the way!
📦 How do I track my package?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email. Can’t find it? Contact us with your order number at info@pixelpouch.net and we’ll resend it!
😢 My item arrived damaged or is missing.
We’re so sorry! Please send us a photo and your order number to info@pixelpouch.net and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal only, but we’re working on adding more payment options like credit cards and Apple Pay soon. Stay tuned!
🎁 Can I request gift wrapping?
Some products do offer gift options! If you see a “Gift Option” at checkout, you’re good to go. Not sure? DM us and we’ll confirm for you.
🏠 I entered the wrong shipping address!
